GRAND EB AND CHRISTMAS REUNION

attention: all members
i am counting on your support and cooperation to make our next GRAND EB and CHRISTMAS REUNION a success. i intend to hold said affair sometime this coming november for the simple reason that december would be a very busy month for all of us and our family...so i thought it best to hold the affair much much earlier to enable as many members as possible to attend said occassion... no more lousy excuses.. he he..
first order of the day... i am designating MR. DENNIS GO as the OVER-ALL CHAIRMAN of the ORGANIZING COMMITTEE tasked to oversee all aspect of the preparation. since MR. DENNIS GO is one of my most trusted MODERATOR and RIGHT HAND MAN, i am empowering him to create sub-committees, appoint its members and supervise and monitor its day to day activities.
now, lets discuss the time and date of our GRAND EB and CHRISTMAS REUNION. everyone is encourage to submit your suggestion re; date and time...and also i am asking MR. DENNIS GO to start creating sub committees..ie..food and beverage committee, entertainment committee (games and amusements), etc, etc.
in addition... it is also my intention to include in our plans... the preparation of a solicitation letter addressed to some or even all politician... we will be asking for their help and support... in cash or in kind... which in turn... we will be distributing to the less fortunate members of the society.
we will accept donations of rice, coffee, noodles, toys, used clothings..etc etc.. we will distribute these on the day of our celebration.... making our occassion not only a happy one but a more memorable and rewarding one...
what do you think??

yung mga malalayo ang panggagalingan...mas maganda kung mag-usap na kayo regarding "car pooling"... para mas efficient, safe at masaya ang travel nyo...

Comment/suggestion lang po
Aprub ako dito butihin admin.
Pili tayo ng 1 or 2 places na pwede natyin pagbigyan ng mga packages, pag kalat kalat ang pagbibigyan baka kulangin ang maghapon natin at di na tayo makapag party sa gabi. hehehehe!!!

pwede naman sir na... kung saan tayo mag hold ng party...dun na rin sa kalapit na mga lugar tayo mag distribute.. or...
we will distribute stubs to barangay chairmen... and let these barangay captains choose kung sino sino ang deserving mabigyan ng stubs... sila kasi nakaka-alam kung sino sa kanilang constituents ang dapat bigyan ng stubs...

ok ako dito Admin Boy, saturday is also a good day dahil walang pasok, regarding naman sa pag assign ng mga kasama sa pag organized ng Grand EB sir mas maganda siguro na kayo na mag assign ng mga tao medyo mahirap po mag assign with my fellow Moderators nakakahiya po sa kanila sir i hope you will understand my point, thanks , i will help nalang in any way i can

i guess saturday is the popular choice....the only unsettled issue is the date.. let us now talk about the date...its either NOVEMBER 7, 14, 21 or 28... but NOVEMBER 7 OR 14 is too earl;y to hold a CHRISTMAS PARTY... so we are down to two saturdays of november only... NOVEMBER 21 and 28 only...
november 28 i think is the best date... my opinion only...
