mas ok na ma introduce ang pagkain ng 5:30am vegies yan.. with fresh water and vitamins.. after an hour tska mo introduce ang seed diet nila.. mid afternoon change mo na yung tubig nila may vitamins sa plain water which will last till the next morning..
