HOW OFTEN YOU SHOULD FEED YOUR DOG

You have heard me say many times that health starts with superior nutrition - for you and for your pet. That is why I am always reading and researching the latest information on nutrition for both myself and for my clients
One very common question that I get from clients is - "How often should I feed my dog"?
That is an excellent question and I'll give you the answer right now.
• Puppies less than 3 months of age should be fed at least four times a day.
• Puppies between 3 and 5 months of age should be given three meals a day.
• Adult dogs can be fed once or twice a day.
Whatever you feed, it is important to give your dog the best possible nutrition to protect their health. That starts with selecting a food that provides a balanced diet.
Dogs like routine, so establish a feeding schedule and stick to it.
A good time to feed him is during the family meals. This will occupy him while the rest of the family is eating.
